Got My Child interested in the potty
I recently got the potty, so my child hasn't really used it yet. She likes to press the button and sit on it so far. I honestly don't think it matters what potty you get. You have to teach them. We all learn eventually.
Perfect!
It is perfect. Its a great stand alone potty. Then when they're ready, you just pop off the white part and it fits very secure over the big toilet, and then the bottom part becomes a nice sturdy step stool for them to get onto the big potty. I have 4 different potty chairs and this is the most functional and versatile.
Elmo potty chair
I bought this for my 16 month old son. He seems to enjoy it he likes to press the button to hear Elmo's voice when he uses the potty. The stickers are a nice touch as we are able to give him a little reward. The only thing I don't like is the shield thing. My son has learned how to remove it so sometimes he will just pull it up even he when he using the potty. The pot is easy to remove and it is very versatile. Great product.
Cute and useful
This is great for starting potty training. It comes with the ability to be used on the floor and on a regular toilet seat, and it includes a sticker book to track progress. As a bonus, Elmo gives in encouragement in three languages.
Glad I bought it
I researched several sites for customer reviews in addition to Amazon and some comments almost made me not purchase this great product.
I've had none of the issues like putting the seat back on the base after emptying the waste tub or the sensitivity of the voice activating if you bump the product. With a little of my help, my just turned 2 year old godson can reassemble after using.
He loves using it. We've only had two instances where he soiled his diaper in the two weeks since he has starting using it and that's because we were out all day sightseeing and he didn't have a chance to use it. This is a great change from the prior children's potty being used. Plus this one is very stable to sit on. The splash shield for boys works perfectly to prevent "overspray".
If your kid likes Elmo, I think this product will work well for you too.
I highly recommend the product.
